Description

The Snom C52-SP is a cordless expansion speakerphone designed for use with Snom desk phones. According to Snom’s product documentation, the C52-SP requires PoE (Power over Ethernet) for power. This means that it can be powered through an Ethernet cable connected to a PoE-enabled network switch or a PoE injector.

If you have a PoE-capable network infrastructure, you can simply connect the C52-SP to an Ethernet port that supports PoE, and it will receive power and connectivity over the same cable.

However, if you do not have PoE available, Snom provides a separate power supply called the Snom PSU5V1A. This power supply is specifically designed for use with Snom devices and provides 5 volts of DC power output at 1 ampere (5V, 1A). You can connect this power supply to the C52-SP to power it when PoE is not available.
